Tyres

I have just had my MOT and was told that I will soon need 4 new tyres Sad

I have heard that although Yokohama and Toyo are good, they also very soft and therefore don't last long.

I would like one of these directional tyres, something like the Eagle F1 or the Avon ZZ3.

Does anybody have any advice regarding a good tyre for a 1.8 Saloon?

I`ve had Yokos and Toyos and would say from my experience of these that Yokos last quite well but dont feel that brilliant in the wet when cornering, as for the Toyos I found good grip but useless in the snow and easily puntured due to the wide tread pattern. At the moment I have Toyos on the front and Pirelli P6000 on the rear these are fitted to 80 Avant V6. Good luck in your choice Evil or Very Mad
